I've had good and Bad experiences with netflix. They slow down the return of movies to customers. They Do Not acknowledge recieiving movies to slow things up. They return scratch and broken movies to you, and if you hold them to recieve a good one, then your minus one or two movies.
To top it off, there are only a handful of must see Movies for that month. Theres more to Life than waiting to see what must see movies will be released in order to rent for a whole month. Even then those movies are on a waiting list.
Ps,,,Their customer service people are Rude!

I agree with Stephanie - some of these people need to get a life or at least a conscience. Do they work for a company or business that never had a mishap?

How sad and pathetic are these people that would actually cancel their subscription because they didnt get a movie for a few days. I suggest they find a hobby other than movie watching, God forbid their DVD player goes out on them, they might kill themselves.
